Applications need to be submitted to the IRB office electronically by research advisor to Kimberly Clark at kclark3@brenau.edu by the first (1st) of the month. In addition, you will need to MAIL ONE (1) hard copy, signed by all parties to: Brenau University, Institutional Review Board Office, 500 Washington Street SE, Box #8, Gainesville, GA 30501.
Also, please keep in mind that ALL applications must be submitted in the electronic format by the first of each month in order to be considered at that month's meeting during review. Having your research advisor forward your application in its electronic format serves ONLY as a temporary approval. You MUST have ONE (1) hard copy mailed, via campus mail or United States Postal Service to the Instituational Review Board's office BEFORE the committee meeting in which your aplication is to be reviewed. Please make sure that all the requested fields are filled out and that they are correct before submittal.
