Provides assessment and treatment of patients requiring occupational therapy services within the home care setting. Is a resource to the field staff in the area of community rehabilitation and individualized rehabilitation needs of the patient. Participates in the utilization review, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary conference of the organization.

Licensed in the state of Georgia to practice occupational therapy. Must have current state driver's license, valid automobile insurance coverage and reliable transportation.
