What is Rental Housing?

Brenau University owns an and apartment building located on campus. This housing option is for students who are 22 years or older or 21 years old and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. Students living in these facilities are considered commuters and are not on the room and board plan Students lease these apartments for the semester or year. Like any apartment, the students living in these facilities are responsible for cleanliness of the facility.


600 Washington Street Apartments

600 Washington Apartments has six apartment units and is located next to Senior Apartment across from the Science Building. Three of the units are double occupancy apartments. Two units are large double occupancy apartments. One unit is a single occupancy. Utilities are included in monthly rent. All the apartments are unfurnished.
