The system you will use to print documents is called WEPA (Wireless Everywhere Print Anywhere) and you can log into it using your Brenau network credentials at https://www.wepanow.com.  WEPA allows students to print from virtually any location including lab computers, their personal computers, mobile devices, flash drives, and even from the Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive accounts.  WEPA printers are located at these locations:

Brenau Historic campus

  • Trustee Library Kiosk Area
  • Owens Commuter Lounge
  • Jacobs 2nd Floor Kiosks


East Campus

  • Nursing Testing Lab
  • OT Break Room


Downtown Center

  • Physical Therapy Student – Lounge
  • Lynn J. Darby School of Psychology and Adolescent Counseling – Lounge


Norcross campus

  • Student Computer Lab



The printing costs are:

Black and White – $.09 per page
Color – $.49 per page

Instructions for printing are placed at all printers to assist students with this process.

We have asked that professors increase the number of electronic options available as a printing alternative including email, Canvas, Google Drive, or other methods. We appreciate your support in helping us enjoy a more environmentally friendly print solution.

Notice Regarding Personal Printers in Residence Halls

No wireless routers, wireless access points, or wireless printers allowed in the residence halls.  These devices can interfere with existing wireless technologies already available in those areas and adversely affect other students.  If you want a printer in your room please connect to it using a USB cable and disable the wireless on the printer.
