Are you self-motivated? Do you like working under deadlines and being organized? If you answered yes to these questions, read on, this might be for you! The Marketing Assistant role is responsible for assisting the Marketing Department with all clerical and administrative duties.
What You Will Do:
Submit and assign marketing expenses and invoices in Concur every month
Track marketing inventory and rental items:
Ensure stock does not get low
Handle shipments mailed to the office, count all items, and place them in the marketing closet
Ship out items when requested
Track all orders in the inventory/rental spreadsheet and submit invoices to the Accounting Department
Update inventory PDF
Create and update all systems with new hire and HR changes:
Licensing and Salesforce spreadsheets – ensure to email changes to several departments
Google My Business
Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly audits of MLO contact information across multiple platforms
Assist with marketing projects
Assist with Corporate events
Handle PowerPoint requests
Work inside the Ticket System to answer any marketing questions and resolve problems
Assist with other activities from individuals within the department when needed
What You Need to Be Successful:
At least one year of marketing experience is preferred
At least two years of clerical and administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willing to work on Saturdays when there is a company/department event
Strong written, oral communication, research, and organizational skills
Ability to sit at a desk and view a computer screen for 6-8+ hours a day
Must be able to work at the Corporate office every day
Must have reliable transportation and a valid GA Driver’s License
Can lift up to 35 lbs.
The Strongest Candidates for This Position Will Also Possess:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related Major
