Hydro Extrusions is a world-leading aluminum extrusion business.

Sumarry:Perform all essential HR administrative functions for the Human Resources Department, which requires confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness.  Also, this position will support, execute and maintain system processes within the Human Resources Department. Position includes responsibilities related to our corporate social responsibilities / community involvement.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department with specific assigned duties and as needed.
Assist with special projects, performance reviews, data entry, mass mailings, etc.
General administrative duties, such as filing, phones, mail, posting KPIs/weekly and monthly updates and keeping bulletin boards up-to-date, weekly & monthly reports, maintaining training records, and problem solving,
Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
Will participate and adhere to the Hydro’s safety program.
Effectively communicate standard operating procedures and company policies.
Assist with internal staffing requirements; including job bids and transfers.
Assist with performance review process for hourly employees.
Manage personnel records.
Assist with unemployment fact findings, claims, appeals, investigations.
Maintain Compliance training system(s).
Act as liaison for community activities; including the attendance of sponsored events and maintaining of budget for community donations.
All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum three to five years of administrative experience in a “fast-paced” environment, preferably in manufacturing
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and follow through to completion are required.
Candidates must be computer proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to travel locally to support community functions as assigned.
Ability to periodically work on off shifts for various functions, training, and other activities.
Maintain complete confidentiality of all data and information.
Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulations and company policies.

Education and Work Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Two-year business or related degree preferred
Previous experience in Human Resource function preferred
