(GAINESVILLE, Ga) Every single one of the months marked in the 12 month calendar may be recognized as an opportunity for the American public to increase their activism and awareness. Be it January for poverty awareness, May for hepatitis awareness or November as National Inspirational Role Models Month, every month comes with awareness. Some may argue that these awareness-month themes are corporate ploys created to funnel money into a cause by giving it selective momentary attention, and that they play favorites to a select few of the numerous causes out there.
