Well-established high volume Atlanta Insurance broker MGS seeks a well-qualified and experienced Manager for our Commercial Property & Casualty division.

Manager will supervise day to day activities of entire commercial P&C underwriting department (underwriters and underwriting assistants), maintain risk integrity, communicate with carriers and agents, and take responsibility for premium production and budgets. Manager will regularly interact with senior executive staff and produce department statistical data and service reports, as well as interacting daily with department employees.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years supervisory/management experience of more than 10 reports, possess excellent coaching, team leadership and goal setting qualities, and demonstrate Excess & Surplus commercial P&C underwriting competence.
