Residential Students: Charter has informed us that they are delayed due to the need to locate gas lines before they dig the last bit of cable. Based on this – they have a new estimated date of project completion which is March 1, 2014. We will keep you posted with any further changes and instructions on accessing the new digital TV feed when it becomes available.
